Beautiful house, well decorated, with a swimming pool, large balcony, air conditioning in all suites, cable TV, and Wi-Fi, located in a gated community near Praia do Espelho, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. House is fully equipped with bed linen, bath, and pool towels; we do not provide beach towels. For your comfort and convenience, laundry, grocery shopping, and delivery services are available. The house is south of Trancoso, in the private condominium Outeiro das Brisas, comprised of a small village with a grocery store, a few restaurants, hotels, private homes, an internet facility, and lots of undeveloped lands. In addition, Outeiro das Brisas offers a private airplane landing strip and a pole ground. The condominium provides gardening, discreet 24-hour security, and maintenance services.


All areas of the property are available for guest access, except for the laundry room, which is exclusively accessible to the house employee.


We will not be present in person but will be available via cell phone.

The property can only be used by the number of guests informed in the reservation. Furthermore, guests cannot be added to the property under penalty of, in case of non-compliance, incurring a fine of R$ 3,000.00 (three thousand reais). Furthermore, for each excess occupant, a fine that will be due in full and on each day of non-compliance, with no maximum time limit foreseen until the end of the lease, in addition to the interruption and immediate suspension of all services provided by employees/day laborers leased in the respective property.

Tenants may only receive guests for lunch, afternoon coffee, happy hour, or supper, among other receptions and celebrations, with express authorization and the proper hiring of extra employees.

If the rule regarding entry with pets to the property is not complied with, a daily fine agreed upon in the amount of R$ 3,000.00 (three thousand reais) will be subject to and for each pet. Estamos enamorados de esta casa ! Es tan linda y cómoda y la Praia un paraíso ! 🙌🏻 Pasamos unos días maravillosos aquí, Beni la persona que atiende durante la estadía, es un amor 🥰 tan atenta y buena. Todo Perfecto ✨súper recomendable y para volver sin dudas.
